    Definitely. He knows Tripp is interested and Cybin is just the same thing he's had every other day. So Cybin has gotten a bit boring but good enough to get the job done, while Tripp is someone who wants to get involved but feels nervous.

    Seems like Jim is respecting Tripp's wishes to not be involved and watch from the sidelines. That's probably the only reason he hasn't asked him to come back up yet. Meanwhile the producer is impatient and is probably going to be the one to ask Tripp to go back in.
