If you want any assistance with Flash, I'll do it for free. Always happy to lend a hand in most cases. However I have been asked to help with commissioned work before and in that situation I got 20% of the price of each work. We can agree to something else, whatever works for your specific situation. But generally if you're doing free work, I'm not going to expect to get paid either. I just like getting to use what I know, which I can't do on my own as I'm really not a very good artist.
