Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.
Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

JanitorDid you accidentally half the framerate?
Epikkurf
MemberNo, if you are talking about this video being 30 fps instead of 50 fps like the previous one, it's just because I decided to render it at that framerate, since rendering at higher framerates takes my PC way too long and ends up not being worth it in my opinion.
Mairo
JanitorYes, that's what I was talking about. I was in process of deleting previous post as inferior because the start of the animation is identical, but immidiately noticed the disparity.
You are definitely right that that after 30 you are getting diminishing returns and using 50 is bit odd to use on modern displays.
I could swear I remember reading and seeing about cutting down on render time when camera is static, meaning you can render the entire enviroment once, then only render out the moving characters on scene. Have helped render out animations by just having two computers render half of the frames.
Also not to change topic, really love seeing ursaring stuff, would pay to get more.
Epikkurf
MemberOhh that actually makes a lot of sense. I'll look into that whenever I can.
Happy to know you like it! In my opinion ursaring is underrepresented and I'm doing my part to try to change that!
