countershade feet
A character whose soles of their feet are either a different shade, or an entirely different colour than the rest of their skin.
This is common in humans due to palms and feet having an additional layer of skin, the thickness of such causes the melanin to be harder to see.
In anthro art, this is regularly found on reptiles and in toony art styles.
