Also Vix's color is different so yeah she's a fake.

I love how everyone is calling out this Vix being fake because of her characteristic facial stripes and belly fur and general suspicious behavior, and I'm just going, "Apart from the whole 'Sha is dead' thing, this is exactly how she was acting back at camp."

Actually, sex with the body would be a more likely tradition to arise. The original purpose of a wake was to make as much noise as possible to wake those who seemed to be dead but were only comatose. Combine that with the belief that ghosts are the result of the spirit being too restless to pass on, and one last fuck certainly fits both criteria. Also, having an orgy every time someone dies would only lead to rampant overpopulation and a strain on food supplies.

There is no evidence that operpopulation leads to a strain on food supplies. In fact, every limit that someone has suggested we put on population has been broken with no side effects. The only time a region has ever have enough food either comes down to inabiltity/incapablity to produce food with the inability/incapablity to import it.
