MemberTrain your flexibility. There's definitely exercises for it, but more than anything you need to stretch, a lot. This will also make you healthier overall, since stretching your body promotes good joint health. Just don't overdo it, only stretch as much as you can without feeling pain or a lot of discomfort.
I would recommend looking at MovementbyDavid if you want to learn more about joint health and flexibility as a whole, btw. Great youtuber.
