Corporate Facility Security Officer Multidisciplinary Program Security Officer

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working as a Facility Security Officer (lead or deputy).
  • 5 years of experience managing SCIF operations, document control/accountability, and classified IA.
  • Active TS/SCI US Government security clearance with polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

  • DCSA/CDSE Certifications (e.g. FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities).
  • Experience working with Intelligence Community Directives and Department of Defense (DOD) Government regulations for US Government Contractors.
  • Experience working with SIMS or equivalent security information management systems.

Google Public Sector (GPS) is seeking a Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) who will also serve as Multidisciplinary Program Security Officer (MPSO) on the GPS Industrial Security Team.

Google Public Sector’s hybrid work policy requires three days in an office and two days remote.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Safeguard classified information across multiple legal entities and CAGE codes to include leading personnel security for cleared staff within these CAGE codes.
  • Serve as a primary administrator of the GPS Personnel System of Record (SIMS) in the management of the GPS cleared employee/contract tracking.
  • Execute a high compliance program by implementing proper industrial security procedures in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives, GPS customers, and Google Public Sector policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies like the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) especially for onsite inspections, and audits.
  • Administer industrial security awareness training for cleared employees, ensuring 100% compliance with all customer- and company-required awareness training requirements.
