    I think the argument can be made that any offenses against the minimum quality standards are and were done with artistic intention. I've been weary about uploading a portion of this artist's works, as the ones from that portion that I have uploaded thus far have all been taken down for one reason or another (whether that be them not meeting the artistic minimum or that no characters are specifically pictured in a conventional way). While I'd love to try and back up the eligibility of some of my deleted posts, I'm aware that (most) people don't come here looking for that sort of thing, and that there's a non zero chance I'll be turned down for just that reason.

    I dunno if I speak for all approvers, but with very abstract art you're always gonna be running a risk of this. You can only push things so far before we have to start asking questions about quality or whether we can really call something a character. At some point we have to draw a line.
