Censorship = bad
Art style = good
Advertising = bad

When I spend money on artists etc, it's to support them to continue their work. I don't spend it to buy a service though. This here is the latter.

A better way to advertise is just to show the stuff. You can just leave it as a short clip like this, but the censorship is a massive turnoff.

I understand you gotta make money, but dude, uncool. Either post the full or don't even bother.

advertising is fine, your work has to be seen and artists gotta eat. but please, just do like most other artists on here and upload the ads on your social media, then publish a full (or partial) release on here if you want to. bikomation does the same stuff and people are quite annoyed by this model, understandably. (although he doesn't seem to get mass-downvoted for it, which is surprising.)

It would probably benefit everyone if it was specified that this is/was a 'members first' and not 'members only' (literal free advertising) post. A little bit at the end saying so would probably have garnered less downvotes. Again, just speculation, but if you tell people, "this will be public release in 3/6/12 months", it's still good advertising, and, for those who can't or don't want to support the artist in the moment will still have what they want at the end of the day. (win/win?) idk.
