Dang, she replaced the original urgent letter with a different letter that she wrote herself to get rid of suspicion since the apple symbol is different and no urgent text on it. Smart yet still messed up. As well as leaving that eaten apple core there on the ground too is just crazy to see.

Someone should really draw up all the crimes Pinkie has committed.
Currently (that I'm aware of) is mail fraud, as we see here, and whatever class of murder she did, be it just mass murder or maybe even genocide?

I think this are her crimes that we know for now:
1.Torture and dismember RD
2.Cannibalism
3.Murder numberous ponies including foals and gryphon
4.Make collectibles and foods out of their body parts(sickening)

Dont forget that after make foods from her victims body parts she send them to other ponies and their family that is just disgusting

I believe the charges would include at least 24 counts of Aggravated Assault, 5 Counts of Aggravated Child Abuse, Desecration of the Dead, Distribution of Tainted Food, probably Drug Possession/Cultivation with that one cupcake that knocked Rainbow out, Mail Fraud, at least 24 counts of Kidnapping, at least 23 counts of Murder, Torture, weirdly enough most of the United States don't make the act of canniblism illegal; just the murder.

I don't think it'll take a genius to know she'd get life or the death penalty depending on the State. She would be under what John Wayne Gacy had murdered

and add to that the Obstruction of Correspondence and Forgery we see here. along with who knows how many additional crimes she committed to try to cover for herself.

also, depending on interpretation, I think Gilda's murder might be considered a hate crime, seeing as it seems like Pinkie targeted her specifically because of her race. although, actually adding that modifier to one of her murder charges might be kinda gilding the lily, and might actually weaken the case in the eyes of the jury.

yeah, it is still pretty chilling to think that even though 24 victims seems like almost a comically large amount, she'd still barely be in the top five if compared to serial killers in the real life United States.

She's inspired in a lot of serial killers and some of those have more victims than Pinkie.
I actually remember making the number of victims lower, she was meant to kill 42 ponies but I decided that was just too much.
I wanted to lower it more to 12 but unlucky day was already posted. So I ultimately decided to stay with the already shown victims.

I think 24 is definitely within the sweetspot of "shocking but not totally absurd" for what Pinkie did. (especially since, with the setting, there's already a bit of suspension of disbelief going on)

maybe part of what makes 24 feel like such a large number in this was that in real life there's a detachment there. ironically, in some ways it just didn't feel "real", I guess. like, it feels kinda disgusting to say, but-- they just kinda felt like numbers.

having nearly every one be faces you know just kinda puts the idea of what those numbers really mean into a perspective that I wouldn't really have otherwise.

I believe that wet looking food that Pinkie throw to the pig, was actually the urgent letter. Either some part of the pocket dimension in her hair is a liquid substance or she put the letter in pie that's on top of her head.
