Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.
Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

MemberCharacter is awesome, and I'd love to see (or create?) art of her, but... that's a really dangerous kink to just put in her bio. I don't judge, but nobody wants to get their art channel banned on FA or TG. (And it wouldn't even be difficult to change it such that it keeps the substance but doesn't get you banned on sight)

MemberJust to be clear- I dont have an FA and I assume TG is telegram? I also dont have one of those :P I respect the posting rules of whatever gallery sites I use (also- I didnt upload this here, but Im assuming it doesnt break any rules as it hasnt been deleted) Im waiting on a substar approval in order to post the brunt of these works, and if nothing else I can just upload it to my own site where I wont face any restrictions.
Also I gotta say I dont like the idea of being sneaky and trying to phrase things to 'get around' censorship. Why would I be dishonest? Why would I be coy? Im not trying to fool anyone, and I dont want to get a pass on a technicality or just barely squeak by with posting something because I daren't speak of what it clearly is. Id rather not play along with the overwhelming blanket censorship going on online rn.
Dont take this message as antagonistic, Im just explaining my stance to anyone who wants to know it ^^ And I appreciate the compliment.
