This should be an interesting comment section, especially for those that read and respond to the description.

I like Spade because he's brutally honest. He also seems to be quite intelligent, and he does seem to care about his slaves.

However, as a slave owner, I don't like the lack of freedom that comes with being his slave.

I neither find Spade particularly attractive or trustworthy. He's manipulative and dishonest about his intentions, and his shit-eating grin and sly know-it-all personality aren't endearing to me. They might if I had a stronger emotional connection to him, but as things stand I don't think I can trust him.

Let's not forget that Spade knowingly removed any limiters on Cobalt's services, which led to Cobalt almost getting killed. Spade knew this could/would happen, yet went ahead with it. Even if Cobalt could have been revived, I can't find it in my heart to like someone who'd contribute to harming that sweetheart.

I have followed this comic for a long time now, and honestly? It's one of the best ones I have read in a while.

Spade is interesting as a slave owner. Cunning as he is manipulative, he often times leaves me guessing if he actually cares or is just acting the part. He has shown kindness and consideration towards his slaves, so that is a good thing about him. Helping our favourite blue boy here out with his mental triggers is amazing by all means too, painting him in a better light in my book.

However, he has also shown he is a master of the mind able to manipulate the slaves however he wishes if he so much as our in a minor amount of effort. I get this is a BDSM comic and all that, but lines have to be drawn. I get if he is using his abilities to help slaves adjust and move forward, but using them to push them to places they never would go before? That is a tad extreme to me.
