Damn ! how much does she pay ? Though I am pretty sure you can never buy the Stone mask that costs 2Mil.Unless of course you get money from Tiffany, which allows you to buy anything you want without any considerations.
Pretty sure it tells you somewhere in-game that it is temporary. Is the 30 point increase in power due to the energy drink temporary or permanent?
Well, that is the question. Shopkeep says it will give a short-lived doubling of your power, but +30 power isn't double. I'm assuming that the +30 is a statistical representation of a narrative effect. It may or may not be permanent. That said, taking the energy drink only locks you out of one purchase (for Dark479: Shopkeep lets you buy one thing each time you visit him, which you can do a finite number of times, six as of latest update, and between him updating his inventory later on sells seven things total). And you drink it towards the end of an arc, so we'll probably get another opportunity to buy from him between when any power boost wears off and when we need to do more fighting. So it's probably safe to prioritize it.Is the 30 point increase in power due to the energy drink temporary or permanent?
Ten million. And yeah, even when you have enough money for the stone mask, Shopkeep just goes "oh, I wasn't selling it, I just wanted to see if you wanted it".Damn ! how much does she pay ? Though I am pretty sure you can never buy the Stone mask that costs 2Mil.
What fight do you use the energy drink in, and what does it change?Don't worry too much about how much you managed to save. Money-making opportunities become more common later in the game. There's one event in particular where the minimum you can walk away from it with is $25000. That's not enough to buy all of Shopkeep's stat-boosters, they're pricey, but it will get you most of them. And you can always do better in that event and make even more. Also, a tip: Buy the energy drink first. It's the cheapest of Shopkeep's options, and while you don't get the stat boost immediately, by the time you need the boost it will have activated and given you a whopping +30 power.
The fight that's going to happen in a couple days when the new update drops. The MC drinks it shortly before the cliffhanger at the end of the update. So we don't know what it would change. My guess is that there won't be anything inherent to the energy drink itself, but that the +30 Power will let you pass a Power check you probably wouldn't have the Power to pass otherwise. What fight do you use the energy drink in, and what does it change?
It was an unique style that also fit into the game's darker themesit's like a kid that just got back from school, then mom force the kid to take shower and give a lot of baby powder to their face and let them play with the kid's neighbor until before dark![]()
Man this game is so insanely strict with power and training that you have to be almost perfect to avoid dead ends and get optimal outcomes...if I can get through current content without the energy drink then great, but I'll probably want to buy one after the trigger event to have in pocket for potential future content...we're still just evolution 3s...practically defenseless children vs 5s. And I would never take the 10 million money over the 30 power points because the money won't help us survive the vicious fights ahead...at best the 30 points will be a cushion that allows for some margin of error and at worst they'll be mandatory to avoid some upcoming dead end/s. And if those 30 points end up being critical later dying with millions of dollars in cash won't provide much comfort.Well, that is the question. In the next couple daysDoes anyone know when the next update is dropping?
That's the goal but the dev did say the date is not set in stone and there could be slight delay if needed. But probably safe to say within next couple of weeks. In the next couple days
to be honest there are ways for the mc to remain humane while getting as strong as possible, it all starts when the mc is given the choice during Kenny's fight (iirc): choose to want to kill him or something, and then you will be able to gain more corruption and power while remaining a skill focused mc (power/corruption focused mc HAVE to kill everyone in order to pass specific power check and i don't really like killing friends/acquaintances)Well, that is the question. Most of what you said is wrong, the choice for maximum power or skill is when you fight Michael, devouring kenny if you have enough power only gives you corruption and no check exists in the game that requires to have killed every opponent and maximum power.to be honest there are ways for the mc to remain humane while getting as strong as possible, it all starts when the mc is given the choice during Kenny's fight (iirc): choose to want to kill him or something, and then you will be able to gain more corruption and power while remaining a skill focused mc (power/corruption focused mc HAVE to kill everyone in order to pass specific power check and i don't really like killing friends/acquaintances)
Might be able to survive in space once we reach level 4 but at this point we'll probably just freeze to death, deep sea should be possible tho. Doubt the mc can't cook up some new fish form to do that now.Do u all think we can survive in space or deep sea I feel like we can since we can morph our body to adapt to the environment's like that plus i'm curious as to what form our deep space or deep sea body's will look like
The most important fact about this is that Bramon Xanthe never discovered that a superhuman managed to have a child, as happened in the case of syla or the fact that MC can impregnate a monster, maybe this is something only superhumans of the 3rd and 4th apostle bloodline can do?I have doubts about reproduction and the fact that everyone says with such certainty that superhumans are sterile, the MC certainly has something that makes him an exception, although he has so far not impregnated a human, he certainly has something that makes him capable of reproducing with monsters, there is also Syla who was one of the most powerful superhumans and managed to have a son, does anyone have any interesting theories on this subject?
The MC is actually speaking to the 4th Apostle when Klaus dies, not the Eye. So the "I was talking to God" thing is probably just the MC referring to what he's recently learned about the Apostles calling themselves pieces of God.I could be mistaken, but I never saw anyone point this out while discussing the topic of The Eye. Do you think this refers to the evolution trance itself rather than the eye? and if so, how would MC drop this massive shell here but never comment it in any other scene outside an evolution trance? (I'm not counting the choice "For the glory of God" since that happened during the same trance and I didn't link it with The Eye originally).
Chose to Consume him... you Have to kill him cause he's rampaging. but absorbing his mind into yours is optional which adds to your corruption.to be honest there are ways for the mc to remain humane while getting as strong as possible, it all starts when the mc is given the choice during Kenny's fight (iirc): choose to want to kill him or something
I think it is purposely a point in the narration that the people at H.E.R.O. are kind of closed minded to the whole wonder and fantasy of the monster world and try to view it Purely as a scientific resource to be exploited. Can't think of the exact word for it, but due to their limited world view they see monsters only as an external invading force and refuse to accept they could be anything godly ... which is why they have never had any complete information because none of them had any respect for any monster to see it as an equal intellect worth actually conversing with. Which is why a lot of things about the monster world are unknown to them which are known to S.I.N. ... Who unlike them freely join forces with monsters. While H.E.R.O. suggests its members sleep with those stupid helmets on to block any subconscious connection to ones monster side. Ella's whole mission seems to have come from listening to the monster voices in her headThe most important fact about this is that Bramon Xanthe never discovered that a superhuman managed to have a child
