    Uterus. It's too low for bladder and its obvious vaginal penetration.

    Wouldn't the cervix be visible tho? Also I'm not sure what the twisty cord under the tentacle is. Reminds me of the vagina (since it's attached to what I assume is the uterus) but that would mean urethral penetration which this obviously isn't
