Description

I've been wanting to make a hat like this for a while now... and also art that I could print out for my mug. I know I draw too much Veli, but she's so cute I can't help myself >_<

I also like drawing tentacles and weird shapes, so her tail is a nice bonus >_>

And considering that my art is not going well with people, Velka has recently become my only joy т-т

    True, after discussing the tail structure with a friend, I still decided to make it a little different from the old ref (and I will also remake the ref for Veli). Previously, the tips of the tail folded inward, but now they will simply fold towards each other like a cone (convenient for inserting xD)
