Okay, so I kind of I guess, for lack of a better term, "analyzed" the picture and this is what I got from it:

She's a woman in her lat 20's early 30's, probably has serve to clinical depression, probably has never been with a man or has been in many physically and emotionally abuses relationships, is fat because she is far too unmotivated to help her self because of said severe to clinical depression, probably was molested before she hit even entered double digits, so she had a very shitty early start in life, most likely thought of as a disappointment to her parents, and much more. So obviously after all this shit just sitting on her lap, she can't take the pain anymore, the gun is most likely her abusive boyfriends gun, also if you look to the right of her you will see the suicide note, which her fucking shit boyfriend will tear up as it will most likely mention his abuse in the suicide note.
