Ditto wanted a solid body so much, they wont even mind being your passive mind passenger in your eevee body.
(I like the idea that Eevee keeps 100% of body control, as it did before, but ditto, now being integrated into vee's cells, is able to tweak things to a degree, like making the butt plumper, or even spending few days to change vee's gender...)
