I remember some kind of mirror room, but I'm sure it was not giant. Do you mean the room where you are locked for some time and have to watch some black vine or tentacles or something creeping on the floor?

The "bleeding bathroom" was something else, though.

originally what this is is a scene taken from silent hill 3 i beilieve, put in with the part of another silent hill game :silent hill oiins, where yo play as a redneck guy who ends up wandering to a bathroom stall and can swith worlds between the apocalyptic silent hill and the purgatory versioon

I know exactly what part this is from. Its Silent Hill 3, you just arrived in Silent Hill, your in the Hospital, and everything goes nuts. You walk into a giant empty room, except to a wall sized mirror, and a bath tub. The door is locked, and when you look in the mirror streams of BLOOD, starts oozing around in the mirror image, going to the bath tub, and engulfing mirror Heather. Wait long enough the oozing blood comes out of the bath tub drain, and starts oozing onto real Heather, and starts draining her life. About half health the door unlocks, and you can escape.
